What is water ice?
Water ice is a frozen dessert made from water, sugar, and real fruit or premium ingredients. It's smoother than a snow cone, lighter than gelato, and 100% dairy-free. Think Italian ice — elevated.
Is everything dairy-free and vegan?
Yes. Every flavor on our menu is dairy-free, vegan, and egg-free. Made with real fruit and clean ingredients.
What about allergens?
Our products are free of dairy, eggs, and gluten. However, some flavors may contain nuts or coconut. If you have a specific allergy, ask us at the cart and we'll walk you through what's safe.
Where can I find you?
We pop up weekly at locations across Las Vegas including Bruce Trent Park, Skye Canyon, Downtown Summerlin, and Lake Las Vegas. Check our Where to Find Us page or follow us on Instagram @fireicewaterice for real-time updates.
Do you cater events?
Yes. We cater private events, corporate events, weddings, brand activations, and more. Fill out our catering inquiry form on the Contact page and we'll send a custom quote within 48 hours.
What's the minimum for catering?
50 servings. For events under 50 guests, reach out anyway. We may be able to accommodate depending on the date and location.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 2 weeks for most events. For large-scale or corporate bookings, 3 to 4 weeks is ideal. Last-minute requests? Reach out. If we can make it work, we will.
How does pricing work for events?
Catering is quoted per event based on guest count, location, and service style. Submit a catering inquiry with your details and we'll send a custom quote. No generic packages. Every event is tailored.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due the day of the event. We'll send an invoice with payment instructions once your quote is approved.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the cart we accept cash, card, Apple Pay, and Venmo. For catering, invoices are sent via email with card and bank transfer options.
Can I customize flavors for my event?
For catering orders of 100 or more servings, yes. We can create a custom flavor or adjust our menu to match your theme. Let us know in your inquiry.
Do you offer pints or bulk orders for pickup?
Not yet. It's coming. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when pre-orders go live.
What if it rains or my event gets canceled?
For pop-ups, weather cancellations are posted on Instagram. For catered events, we offer rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a new date.
