Meet the founders

Tyler Benson is the Founder & CEO of FIRE•ICE, a Las Vegas-based premium water ice brand built to replace the carnival aesthetic with a more elevated, cocktail-bar-inspired experience. With a background in fashion and a sharp eye for presentation, Tyler approaches flavor, design, and service with the same intent: clean, minimal, and built for repeat customers.

He launched FIRE•ICE to fit the city’s nightlife, private events, and high-traffic pop-ups — delivering bold, clean flavors that are never watered down. The menu is anchored by rotating core staples alongside limited seasonal drops, all produced and prepped in-house and served through a fully self-contained mobile setup.

Tyler brought in his sister, Paris, early to help build the operation the right way from day one — tight execution, professional setup, and a brand that feels at home in upscale venues across the Las Vegas Valley.

Paris is Tyler’s sister and a career barista with a real palate for flavor. FIRE•ICE started with the idea of combining her syrup concepts with a cold treat built for the Vegas heat — premium flavors, clean finish, and a menu that can rotate like a coffee shop.

She runs internal systems and helps keep everything organized as the brand scales.
